I head up the Immigration Department in a large general practice firm based in Minneapolis and am also on the firm's management team of our Shanghai office. We have 4 lawyers and 6 paralegals dedicated to immigration practice and handle a variety of business matters, including in-bound immigration to China and all types of investor cases. Most specifically I manage our EB-5 practice and work closely with our lawyers and clients in China. We have immigration lawyers and legal assistants fluent in Chinese in Minneapolis and Shanghai. Our general practice is also known for its work with artists and entertainers, physicians, researchers, and others of outstanding or extraordinary ability.
