Since 1982, my staff and I have handled all types of immigration cases from Family and Employer Petitions, H-1B petitions, National Interest Waivers, Labor Certifications/Reductions in Recruitment, Appeals, Deportation and Removal cases, Asylum cases, Consular Processing and a variety of nonimmigrant visas, notably P visas for foreign musicians. We routinely process cases through the Bloomington, Minnesota Immigration Service Office, the Nebraska Service Center, the Chicago Asylum Office, the Immigration Court, and The Board of Immigration Appeals. We have also handled cases in U.S. Federal District Court and appeals through the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
We have represented individuals from every continent (except Antarctica) and offer our services in Spanish.
